Senior iOS Engineer

Job Summary

Based in Latin America or Canada, the full-time Senior iOS Engineer will contribute to the development of the driver app and mobile SDK, focusing on new feature development, architectural improvements, and backend integration in a remote work environment.

Key responsibilities

• Build and enhance agentic development workflows, utilizing AI throughout the software development process
• Drive quality through rigorous code reviews and automated quality checks, ensuring high standards for merged code
• Take ownership of features from requirements gathering to implementation, testing, and production support

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field, with strong fundamentals in data structures and API design
• At least 6 years of professional software engineering experience, with a minimum of 5 years focused on iOS development
• Deep expertise in Swift, including protocol-oriented programming and solid experience with UIKit and unidirectional data-flow architectures
• Proven experience in delivering iOS applications to the App Store and managing features through production support
• Strong command of Swift concurrency and Combine for UI, data, and concurrency management
