Senior iOS Engineer

Job Summary

Owning Sekai's iOS app, the full-time Senior iOS Engineer will build and ship consumer-facing features while collaborating with cross-functional teams to enhance the app experience in a remote-first environment.

Key responsibilities

• Own and improve the iOS app experience, quality, and release velocity
• Build and ship consumer-facing iOS features with a focus on speed, polish, and reliability
• Partner closely with Product, Design, Backend, and Mobile engineers to quickly move from idea to shipped product

Required qualifications

• Strong professional experience building and shipping iOS apps
• Deep familiarity with Swift, iOS SDK, and modern iOS development practices
• Experience working on consumer mobile apps with high standards for UX, performance, and reliability
• Experience owning projects end-to-end in a startup or fast-moving team environment
• AI-native mindset, actively using AI tools to enhance development productivity
