Senior IoT Solutions Engineer

Job Summary

Driving chipset and module enablement, the full-time Senior IoT Solutions Engineer will provide technical support, troubleshoot firmware issues, and develop high-quality reference implementations in a remote setting.

Key responsibilities:

• Lead application-engineering support for high-priority customers using Skylo SDKs and APIs
• Troubleshoot embedded devices and cellular modules at firmware and hardware boundaries
• Build and maintain reference implementations, quick-start guides, and technical integration patterns

Required qualifications:

• 5+ years of experience in IoT solutions engineering or a technical customer-facing engineering role
• Strong hands-on C/C++ embedded development skills and RTOS experience
• Solid knowledge of cellular IoT, including network registration and attach sequences
• Ability to build full-stack examples utilizing REST APIs and major IoT cloud platforms
• Excellent debugging discipline and collaboration skills with firmware engineers
