Key Responsibilities:

Manage global IP portfolio, including patents, copyrights, and trade secrets
Oversee IP litigation and M&A activities
Develop and administer corporate IP policies and compliance

Required Qualifications:

JD from an accredited US law school
Admitted to a State Bar and USPTO
10 years of IP management experience in software or technology companies and law firms
Experience in patent prosecution, litigation, licensing, and FOSS compliance
Ability to work independently and manage geographically distributed teams
