Senior IP Litigation Counsel

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Counsel, Litigation.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead IP disputes by providing strategic counsel on patent, copyright, trademark, and trade secret litigation
• Direct outside counsel and manage all phases of the litigation lifecycle to align with company goals
• Support broader business initiatives by advising on complex agreements, commercial disputes, and regulatory investigations

Required Qualifications

• A J.D. degree from an accredited institution
• 5+ years of experience in IP litigation
• Strong case management skills and ability to devise solutions for complex legal issues
• Ability to operate effectively in a fast-paced, high-quality environment
• Must meet the US Person requirement for compliance with local and state laws
