Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior IP Paralegal to support its global intellectual property portfolio.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage U.S. and foreign patent and trademark prosecution workflows with outside counsel
• Maintain accurate IP docketing and ensure timely filings
• Coordinate with internal product and engineering teams on IP-related matters

Required Qualifications

• Minimum 10+ years of experience as a patent paralegal in a law firm or in-house legal department
• In-depth knowledge of U.S. and international patent prosecution processes
• Strong docketing and data management skills
• Bachelor's degree, Paralegal Certificate, or equivalent experience
• Experience with IP management systems
