Job Summary
Supporting the design and implementation of process improvements, the remote Senior Issue Management Specialist will oversee critical operational bottlenecks, coordinate projects, and partner with leadership to enhance efficiency and outcomes.
Key responsibilities:
- Identify risks and resolve issues through investigation to inform technology-enabled process improvements
- Coordinate projects to ensure key milestones and service levels are met
- Partner with cross-functional teams to align action plans with continuous improvement goals
Required qualifications:
- 1+ years of experience in payer or provider operations, healthcare operations, or a related field
- 1+ years of experience using data and metrics to drive improvements
- 1+ years of experience in process improvement and workflow design
- 1+ years of experience developing and presenting information to Senior Leadership
