Senior IT Administrator

Job Summary

To strengthen day-to-day IT operations, the full-time Senior IT Administrator will manage the data loss prevention (DLP) program, oversee endpoint administration, and support software lifecycle management in a remote work environment.

Key responsibilities:

• Own and develop the data loss prevention (DLP) program, including alert monitoring and policy management
• Administer endpoint management and workstation health using Jamf, while coordinating vulnerability remediation
• Support end-user services, including onboarding, offboarding, and device provisioning, while troubleshooting technical issues

Required qualifications:

• 5+ years of IT administration experience across endpoint operations and user support
• Strong experience with Jamf for managing endpoints
• Proven ability to take ownership of operational programs and improve processes
• Excellent troubleshooting skills and the ability to adapt to changing priorities
• Clear communication skills for translating technical topics to nontechnical audiences
