Senior IT Administrator
Job Summary
To support a growing technology team, the full-time Senior IT Administrator will manage the configuration and optimization of corporate technology infrastructure, serving as a technical escalation point for complex issues while working in a hybrid environment.
Key responsibilities
- Serve as the Tier 3 technical escalation point for complex support issues across various operating systems
- Design and implement endpoint deployment strategies using MDM platforms to enhance security and efficiency
- Oversee the reliability and performance of in-office technology, including conference room systems and networking components
Required qualifications
- 3+ years of experience supporting macOS, Windows, iOS/Android, and ChromeOS
- Bachelor's degree in a technical field or equivalent work experience
- Expertise in managing and deploying endpoints using major MDM solutions
- Hands-on experience with SaaS applications and corporate network infrastructure
- Proficiency in scripting languages such as Python, Bash, or PowerShell for IT problem-solving
