Senior IT Agile Delivery Owner

Job Summary

Working remotely, the full-time salaried Senior IT Agile Delivery Owner will leverage agile practices to plan, manage, and deliver solutions that support business objectives while guiding agile teams to maximize value and optimize workflow.

Key responsibilities

• Guide agile teams in meeting goals and ensure effective coordination across teams while providing transparency on delivery progress to stakeholders
• Foster a culture of continuous improvement, addressing risks and promoting collaboration and trust within teams
• Collaborate with Product Owners and technology teams to manage dependencies, remove impediments, and enhance agile methodologies

Required qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of experience as an Agile Delivery Owner, Scrum Master, Project Manager, or equivalent leadership role using agile practices
• Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology or Business-related discipline with at least 2 years of relevant experience is acceptable
• Certified ScrumMaster and/or Professional Scrum Master I certification required
