Senior IT Agile Delivery Owner

Job Summary

Focusing on maximizing business value, the full-time remote Senior IT Agile Delivery Owner will leverage agile practices to plan, manage, and deliver solutions while guiding teams to achieve their goals and fostering a culture of continuous improvement.

Key responsibilities

• Guide agile teams to meet objectives and optimize workflow while ensuring effective coordination and transparency on delivery progress
• Collaborate with Product Owners and stakeholders to manage dependencies, remove impediments, and address risks
• Support the improvement of agile methodologies and assist in creating user stories with clear acceptance criteria and backlog standards

Required qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of experience as an Agile Delivery Owner, Scrum Master, Project Manager, or equivalent leadership role using agile practices
• OR a Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology or a related field and at least 2 years of relevant experience
• Demonstrated experience in gathering and facilitating requirements across multiple business domains
• Proficiency in Azure DevOps and Agile Place for process mapping and documentation
• Solid understanding and application of Agile methodologies
