Senior IT AI Automation Engineer

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior IT AI Automation Engineer to design and implement intelligent automation and AI capabilities within its IT ecosystem.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and maintain Retrieval Augmented Generation (RAG) pipelines and agentic AI workflows for IT operations
• Develop internal tools to enhance IT team capabilities and automate employee onboarding and offboarding processes
• Mentor engineers and system administrators in AI-assisted operations and establish standards for automation practices

Required Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in IT infrastructure, operations, or engineering roles
• 3+ years of hands-on experience with AI/ML platforms and intelligent automation
• Strong proficiency in Python for automation and service development
• Experience with cloud environments (AWS and/or Azure) and RESTful APIs
• Practical experience integrating and operating LLMs (OpenAI, Anthropic, Microsoft) in enterprise scenarios
