Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior IT Analyst responsible for supporting and optimizing software applications.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day support and optimization of software applications, including builds and upgrades
• Analyze business and clinical needs, evaluate software releases, and recommend process optimizations
• Manage problem, incident, and change management, along with daily on-call support for application-related issues

Required Qualifications, Training, and Education

• Bachelor's degree preferred, or equivalent experience in lieu of a degree
• 5+ years of relevant experience with a degree or 7+ years without a degree
• No specific certification or licensure required
• In-depth business, clinical, and application knowledge required
• Experience managing projects and working independently with limited supervision
