Senior IT Analyst

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior IT Analyst to support the GIS team and provide training solutions for stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide Tier 1 help desk support, resolving user tickets and maintaining documentation
• Assist with geospatial data engineering and workflows for enterprise data access
• Design and deliver training on various ArcGIS tools to the FAA's geospatial community

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Information Systems or related IT field
• Minimum of 8 years of relevant work experience
• Experience with ArcGIS Online and Enterprise portal maintenance
• Proficiency in Python scripting and automation patterns within ArcGIS
• Ability to obtain and maintain a Public Trust Security Clearance
