Senior IT Analyst

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior IT Analyst specializing in Identity & Access Management (IAM) for a remote contract position.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead access certification campaigns and compliance efforts while ensuring IAM governance structures adhere to defined policies
• Analyze and improve IAM processes and systems, focusing on operational excellence and strategic improvements
• Act as a liaison between business and technical teams to support identity lifecycle and access management initiatives

Required Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in an IT environment, specifically in Identity and Access Management
• Experience working in a financial services organization is highly desirable
• Bachelor's Degree in Business, Computer Science, or a related field, or equivalent experience
• Prior experience in creating IAM governance documents such as policies and procedures is preferred
• Ability to work independently and engage effectively with cross-functional teams
