Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior IT Analyst specializing in Identity & Access Management (IAM).

Key Responsibilities

• Lead access certification campaigns and compliance efforts within IAM
• Analyze and improve IAM processes, workflows, and systems
• Act as a liaison between business and technical teams to enhance IAM capabilities

Required Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in an IT environment, particularly in IAM
• Experience in financial services is highly desirable
• Bachelor's Degree in Business, Computer Science, or a related field
• Experience creating IAM governance documents such as policies and standards
• Ability to work independently and lead cross-functional teams
