Senior IT Analyst

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior IT Analyst to join their growing IT team.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide technical support for hardware, software, systems access, and collaboration tools across a distributed workforce
• Troubleshoot and resolve escalated IT issues related to laptops, operating systems, networking, and user access
• Manage onboarding and offboarding processes, including device provisioning and account setup

Required Qualifications

• Experience supporting globally distributed teams
• Proficient with Jira Service Management, including workflow configuration and service desk administration
• Experience with scripting or automation tools such as PowerShell or Bash
• Exposure to cybersecurity frameworks, compliance standards, or audit support activities
• Experience in SaaS, ERP, or manufacturing technology environments
