Job Summary

Senior IT Analyst, responsible for providing top-tier technical support and strategic resource management in a full-time remote position, focusing on resolving complex IT issues and enhancing security and compliance across workflows.

Key Responsibilities

• Resolve complex technical issues across endpoints, identity, networks, and core business applications
• Maintain security and compliance in IT workflows and ensure audit readiness
• Mentor junior team members and drive process improvements through cross-department collaboration

Required Qualifications

• 5-8+ years of experience in IT support, operations, or service desk leadership in a SaaS/cloud-first environment
• Proven leadership skills with experience in mentoring and cross-functional partnerships
• Strong technical diagnostic skills with a hypothesis-driven approach
• Deep understanding of enterprise environments, networking, and security principles
• Experience in process improvement and governance, maintaining audit-ready artifacts
