Senior IT Analyst - ServiceNow

Job Summary

Collaborating with IT and business stakeholders, the full-time Senior IT Analyst - ServiceNow will gather requirements and plan initiatives related to IT Asset Management and Field Services on the ServiceNow platform, working in a hybrid environment with a preference for candidates based in Houston or Chicago.

Key responsibilities

• Facilitate meetings with stakeholders to analyze processes and document requirements in user stories
• Collaborate with developers to manage project deliverables and ensure alignment with business and technical strategies
• Provide direction and mentorship to junior team members while maintaining communication with customers and team members

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business, or a relevant field
• 3+ years of IT and/or business experience
• Understanding of ITIL/ITSM processes and systems, including Asset Management and Field Service Management
• Familiarity with project management methodologies, such as Agile
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship
