Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior IT Solution Analyst - Software Asset Management (SAM).

Key Responsibilities

Support ticket flows and licensing operations in ServiceNow, including SAM Pro
Process and approve software purchase and service requests
Manage software licensing portals, repositories, and entitlements

Required Qualifications

6-9 years of experience as an IT Analyst, Licensing Analyst, Operations Analyst, or similar
Hands-on experience with ServiceNow, ideally including SAM Pro
Experience with software licensing, portals, and service request workflows
Ability to read and interpret licensing agreements and EULAs
Certifications (including SAM Pro) are a plus but not mandatory
