• Configure and support Dynamics 365, focusing on scalable Customer Insights

• Manage project scope, acceptance, and review test cases based on gathered requirements

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree with 4 years of experience or Associate's Degree with 6 years of experience
• Experience in Dynamics 365 configuration and requirements gathering
• Experience with Customer Insights rollout for a large organization
• Preferred experience in a healthcare environment
• Microsoft Dynamics certifications are a plus
