Job Summary
A company is looking for a Sr IT App Support Analyst to provide Level 2+ IT application support to business users.
Key Responsibilities
- Troubleshoot user-reported issues and recommend technology solutions
- Assist with business process improvements using existing systems

Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in application support, help desk, or technical support
- Basic knowledge of SQL for troubleshooting purposes
- Strong analytical skills to identify and report application issues
- Experience working in ServiceNow and ITIL
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Systems, MIS, or related field preferred
