Job Summary

A company is looking for a Sr IT App Support Analyst to provide Level 2+ IT application support to business users.

Key Responsibilities
  • Troubleshoot user-reported issues and recommend technology solutions
  • Assist with business process improvements using existing systems
  • Ensure a smooth and efficient user experience through customer-focused support
Required Qualifications
  • 5+ years of experience in application support, help desk, or technical support
  • Basic knowledge of SQL for troubleshooting purposes

  • Experience working in ServiceNow and ITIL
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Systems, MIS, or related field preferred
