Senior IT Asset Management Analyst

Job Summary

Working remotely, the full-time Senior IT Asset Management Analyst will provide governance and oversight for IT hardware, software, and business applications approaching end of life (EOL), collaborating with cross-functional teams to track remediation plans and analyze asset data.

Key responsibilities

• Partner with technology owners to review and govern remediation activities for EOL IT assets, ensuring accountability for commitments
• Proactively monitor remediation progress, identify barriers, and escalate risks to accelerate outcomes and reduce organizational risk
• Analyze complex asset data to identify EOL risks and compliance gaps, providing actionable insights and developing EOL reporting and metrics

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree and 4 years of experience in IT Asset Management or GED and 8 years of experience in IT Asset Management
• Experience with ServiceNow Hardware Asset Management, Software Asset Management, and/or Configuration Management modules
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
• Familiarity with ITAM frameworks such as ITIL, NIST, and COBIT is a plus
• Experience in an agile environment; familiarity with Jira is a plus
