Senior IT Asset Management Analyst
Job Summary
Working remotely, the full-time Senior IT Asset Management Analyst will provide governance, analysis, and oversight of IT hardware, software, and business applications approaching end of life (EOL), collaborating with technology owners and stakeholders to drive remediation efforts and reduce operational risks.
Key responsibilities
- Partner with technology owners to review, track, and govern remediation activities for EOL assets, ensuring accountability for commitments
- Proactively monitor remediation progress, identify barriers, and escalate risks to accelerate outcomes and mitigate organizational risk
- Analyze complex asset data to identify EOL risks and trends, providing actionable insights and recommendations to stakeholders
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree and 4 years of experience in IT Asset Management, or GED and 8 years of experience in IT Asset Management
- Experience with ServiceNow Hardware Asset Management, Software Asset Management, and/or Configuration Management modules
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
- Familiarity with ITAM frameworks such as ITIL, NIST, and COBIT is a plus
- Experience working in an agile environment; familiarity with Jira is advantageous
