Senior IT Auditor

Job Summary

Leading audit projects, the full-time Senior IT Auditor will evaluate internal controls and risk environments, manage relationships with IT process owners, and support compliance activities in a remote setting.

Key responsibilities

• Design and execute risk-based IT audit programs, including planning, testing, and reporting key findings
• Assess opportunities to improve the internal control environment and follow up on recommendations to manage risk
• Develop and maintain relationships with business leaders to fulfill internal audit objectives and stakeholder expectations

Required qualifications

• BS/BA degree in Information Technology, Business, Management, Accounting, Finance, or related field
• Knowledge of internal control frameworks (COSO), ITGC, and risk assessment methodologies
• Subject matter expertise in IT, including change management, information security, and data privacy
• Experience with financial services or the insurance industry
• Relevant professional certifications in auditing or information systems (e.g., CPA, CIA, CISA) preferred
