Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior IT Business Analyst ITIL.

Key Responsibilities

• Acts as a liaison between business and IT to identify and address system and process needs
• Implements process improvement techniques to enhance business efficiency while adhering to ITIL standards
• Facilitates requirements gathering and develops test plans for user acceptance testing

Required Qualifications, Training, and Education

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business, Business Process Improvement, Informatics, or Engineering
• Five or more years of experience in Business Analysis or Project Management
• Five or more years of experience in Systems Development and Project Management preferred
• Certified Six Sigma Black Belt and Project Management Professional (PMP) Certification
• Advanced knowledge of different business analysis techniques required
