Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
- Gather and analyze business requirements from various stakeholders
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement information systems solutions
- Define and document system specifications, including user interface requirements and functional specifications
Required Qualifications and Experience
- 9-10+ years of experience as a senior business analyst in complex environments, particularly in telecommunications
- Proven ability to translate ambiguous business needs into concrete functional requirements
- In-depth experience with BSS and ERP system implementation
- Experience with Jira, Confluence, and MS Office tools
- Experience working in cross-functional technical teams
