Senior IT Business Analyst

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior IT Business Systems Analyst, Medical Affairs.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business objectives and identify areas for improvement
• Document and validate functional and technical requirements, including user stories and workflows
• Facilitate user acceptance testing and provide training and support to business users on system capabilities

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Life Sciences, or a related field
• 8+ years of experience as an IT Business Analyst, preferably in Medical Affairs or Life Sciences
• Strong understanding of Medical Affairs processes and compliance
• Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a remote setting across multiple time zones
• Experience in managing the end-to-end lifecycle of user stories and project coordination
