Senior IT Business Analyst

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Sr IT Business Analyst to plan, design, develop, and launch technology solutions in support of organizational functions and business processes.

Key Responsibilities

• Meet with business system owners and end users to define requirements and resolve systems issues
• Lead design sessions for prototyping new systems to enhance business processes
• Prepare reports and recommendations addressing existing and potential systems issues

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business administration, computer science, accounting, or management information systems, or equivalent work experience (3-7 years)
• Experience in the design, development, and implementation of software and hardware solutions
• Knowledge of systems programming and associated activities
• Extensive experience in data importation for reporting and analysis
• Ability to understand organizational goals and how technology solutions impact them
