Senior IT Business Analyst

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Sr Analyst-IT Business to enable organizational change through business analysis.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and document current state processes, facilitating consensus on requirements and business process designs
• Create and maintain a Business Process Architecture (BPA) to optimize business processes and align IT systems
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and vendors to ensure quality and adherence to business process standards

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree (or higher) -OR- 4+ years of professional work experience
• 5+ years of systems development, business analysis, or business process administration experience
• Experience in business process administration and/or modeling in a complex process environment
• Proficiency in business analysis functions, including facilitation and requirements documentation
• Strong technical experience and knowledge of process modeling and integration technologies
