Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior IT Business Analyst.

Key Responsibilities

Collaborate with stakeholders to identify business goals and requirements for technology initiatives
Develop business process flows and manage project execution, including user acceptance testing
Gather and document requirements, translating them into actionable deliverables in collaboration with technical teams

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field, or equivalent experience
5+ years' experience as an IT Business Analyst or Systems Analyst, with expertise in requirements elicitation
3+ years' experience in project or product management
2+ years' experience in Agile Business Analysis, with familiarity in Agile Scrum methodology preferred
Preferred experience with BI, reporting, and SQL, and familiarity with Azure DevOps
