Key Responsibilities

• Provide subject matter expertise and guide the development of business solutions
• Lead requirements gathering sessions and translate business needs into functional specifications
• Collaborate with project managers and cross-functional teams to prioritize tasks and ensure successful project delivery

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Management Information Systems, Computer Science, Business, or a related field
• Eight or more years of experience as an IT Business Analyst or in a relevant role
• Knowledge of web-based platforms and experience with APIs
• Experience with Agile/Scrum methodology
• Experience in leading requirement meetings during business requirement gathering sessions
