Senior IT Business Analyst

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Sr IT Business Analyst.

Key Responsibilities

• Documents current and future state processes and conducts gap analysis for assigned projects
• Leads design sessions and mentors junior analysts while identifying improvement opportunities in business analysis processes
• Engages with business leaders to develop strategies that maximize value delivery and improve efficiencies

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and 5 years of relevant experience required
• Experience with project management from planning through implementation required
• 1 year in a supervisory capacity preferred
• Clinical or higher education experience preferred
• Experience with ServiceNow, JIRA, and/or Project Portfolio Management (PPM) software preferred
