Senior IT Business Analyst

Job Summary

Collaborating with business partners and project teams, the full-time Senior IT Business Analyst will support the Claims organization by gathering and documenting business needs, providing technical expertise, and leading project initiatives, with the option to work remotely or from the Worcester, MA office.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business problems and desired outcomes
• Gather, analyze, and document business and technical requirements for projects
• Lead the design, testing, and implementation of technology-driven solutions

Required qualifications

• Strong data analysis and data mapping experience
• Experience serving as a project lead on small to medium-sized initiatives
• Technical expertise in Claims and Infrastructure systems
• Ability to ensure adherence to data governance standards
• Proven ability to build relationships with business partners and technical teams
