Senior IT Business Analyst

Job Summary

Working remotely in a full-time capacity, the Senior IT Business Analyst will lead business needs analysis, create detailed user stories, and coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure technology solutions effectively address business challenges.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead business needs analysis sessions to document solution requirements and user stories through stakeholder collaboration
• Conduct impact analysis and feasibility assessments for new functionalities or regulatory updates while identifying opportunities for process improvements
• Maintain accurate documentation of user stories, requirements, and test cases using Jira and other IT PMO tools

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required
• 7+ years of experience in Business Analysis, Product Ownership, or business-facing solution delivery
• 5+ years of experience in supporting the design and delivery of technology solutions
• Experience in regulated environments with evolving business requirements is preferred
• Experience working across stakeholders in a fully remote organization is a plus
