Senior IT Business Analyst

Job Summary

To enhance the delivery of IT services, the full-time remote Senior IT Business Analyst will streamline enterprise workflows from requirements intake to project closeout, partnering with stakeholders and development teams to implement improvements and support ServiceNow capabilities.

Key responsibilities:

• Improve project management workflows by eliciting requirements and collaborating with development teams
• Evaluate and identify opportunities for enhancing the effectiveness and efficiency of IT service delivery
• Develop and facilitate training and documentation for process improvements and standard operating procedures

Required qualifications:

• 10+ years of experience in IT Service Management, IT operations, or enterprise process improvement
• Master's degree in Information Technology, Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related field
• Experience implementing IT Policy initiatives aligned with government frameworks
• Ability to obtain public trust clearance as a US Citizen
• ITIL Certification preferred
