Senior IT Business Analyst
Job Summary
To support a comprehensive modernization initiative, the full-time Senior IT Business Analyst will bridge the gap between business stakeholders and engineering teams, focusing on process analysis, requirements gathering, and quality assurance in a remote environment with occasional on-site meetings in Oklahoma City.
Key Responsibilities
- Engage with business units to analyze workflows, identify pain points, and document current and future state processes
- Translate complex business requirements into clear specifications and manage the backlog in Azure DevOps
- Develop and execute test plans, coordinate UAT sessions, and ensure software readiness prior to release
Required Qualifications
- Proven experience in IT business analysis, process modeling, and system workflow documentation
- Hands-on experience with Agile methodologies and drafting user stories in Azure DevOps or similar tools
- Demonstrated experience in functional testing, bug tracking, and UAT coordination
- Exceptional analytical skills with the ability to facilitate discovery sessions
- Superior written and verbal communication skills for translating technical concepts for business users
