Senior IT Business Analyst
Job Summary
To enhance business processes, the full-time Senior IT Business Analyst will gather and analyze business needs, lead process improvement projects using methodologies like Six Sigma, and mentor less experienced analysts while working remotely.
Key responsibilities
- Act as a liaison between business and IT groups to identify and address system and process needs
- Employ process improvement techniques to recommend solutions for enhancing business efficiency
- Facilitate requirements gathering sessions and develop detailed specifications for systems and applications
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business, Business Process Improvement, Informatics, or Engineering
- Five (5) years of experience in Business Analysis or Project Management
- Five (5) years of experience in Systems Development and Project Management preferred
- Certified Six Sigma Black Belt
- Project Management Professional (PMP) Certification
