Senior IT Business Analyst
Job Summary
Working in a hybrid environment, the full-time Senior IT Business Analyst will support technology across 250 retail locations by managing production issues, delivering system enhancements, and fostering relationships with stakeholders while ensuring compliance with ITIL practices.
Key responsibilities:
- Assess and remediate production issues while maintaining system stability and compliance
- Identify and implement system enhancements following SDLC processes and compliance requirements
- Build and manage relationships with third-party vendors and business stakeholders to support production and enhancement tasks
Required qualifications:
- 5+ years of IT business analysis or production support experience following ITIL practices
- Proficiency in MS Development Technologies, including PowerShell, SQL Server, SSRS, and SSIS
- Experience with application ownership, particularly in retail or hospitality software
- Bachelor's degree or relevant experience in Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field
- Strong SQL and system diagramming skills
