Job Summary

A company in the Information Technology industry is seeking a Senior IT Business Analyst.

Position Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain a deep understanding of assigned areas to support business applications
• Troubleshoot issues and gather requirements for often complex enhancements
• Manage and lead work on projects with the responsibility for the entire project life cycle

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, business or related field
• Four (4) - Five (5) years of experience in designing and developing business solutions required
• Experience with ERP systems such as SAP and/or Huron preferred
• Demonstrated ability to do root cause analysis, systems testing, defect tracking and resolution
• Ability to effectively communicate with both technical and non-technical audiences at various levels within the organization, as well as across the ITAP organization
