Senior IT Business Analyst

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior IT Business Analyst who will contribute to the development of business solutions designs, troubleshoot issues, and lead projects.

Key Responsibilities:

• Contribute and lead the development of overall business solutions designs, including reengineering, implementing, enhancing, and testing of solutions
• Troubleshoot issues and gather requirements for complex enhancements
• Manage and lead work on projects, responsible for the entire project life cycle

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, business or related fields
• Minimum of four (4) years of experience in designing and developing business solutions
• Demonstrated ability to do root cause analysis, systems testing, defect tracking and resolution
• Working knowledge of a module, module capabilities or knowledge of system design and analysis practices
• Knowledge or experience in business process improvement methodologies
