Senior IT Business Partner

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Sr IT Business Partner - HR Technology.

Key Responsibilities

• Act as the primary IT contact for HR leadership and stakeholders, translating business needs into functional and technical requirements
• Co-own and maintain the HR technology roadmap, leading governance and change request processes
• Provide expertise in the design and implementation of Workday modules, managing upgrades and vendor roadmaps

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with 7+ years of experience as a business partner/analyst
• 3+ years of technical and functional experience as a Workday subject matter expert
• Experience leading at least one full lifecycle implementation of a Workday module
• Proficiency in reporting analytics and building dashboards
• Project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
