Key Responsibilities

Serve as the primary liaison between MTS and customers to capture business objectives and processes
Lead discussions with business partners and service providers regarding priorities and vendor selection
Develop and manage project portfolios and assist with annual and five-year capital IT budgets

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in a related field, specialized training, or equivalent work experience
Five (5) years of relevant technical or business work experience
