Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Manager, IT Business Partner.

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary IT liaison for assigned business functions, managing communication between IT and business stakeholders
• Partner with business leaders to define and maintain a technology roadmap that aligns with organizational needs
• Lead IT project execution, ensuring deliverables meet business objectives and support digital adoption efforts

Required Qualifications

• 5-7 years of experience in IT strategy, business analysis, or related fields, with 2-3 years in a supervisory role
• Bachelor's degree in IT, Business Administration, or a related area preferred
• Proven experience in IT business relationship management or IT program management
• Strong understanding of business processes and technology alignment
• Knowledge of current and emerging technologies and experience in evaluating solutions
