Qualifications/Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Technology, or related field; Master's degree preferred
• 10+ years of experience in IT or business leadership roles, preferably in a manufacturing environment
• Experience in solution design and architecture, with a strong understanding of manufacturing processes
• Proven experience in defining IT project business cases and aligning IT strategy with business goals
• Familiarity with ERP systems and Agile methodologies
