Senior IT Business Systems Analyst

Job Summary

Serving as a strategic bridge between business stakeholders and technology teams, the remote Senior IT Business Systems Analyst Consultant will identify opportunities for process improvement, lead requirements gathering, and guide complex initiatives from concept through implementation.

Key Responsibilities

• Partner with business and technology stakeholders to identify opportunities for process improvement and technology enablement
• Lead requirements gathering efforts through workshops, interviews, and stakeholder collaboration
• Translate business needs into detailed functional and non-functional requirements and solution specifications

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Business, Computer Science, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience
• 7+ years of experience as a Business Systems Analyst, Business Analyst, or similar technology-focused role
• Experience supporting complex enterprise software platforms and business-critical systems
• Strong understanding of the Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC) and experience with various delivery models
• Advanced experience with SQL and data analysis techniques
