Senior IT Cloud Engineer

Job Summary

To support a federal organization, the remote Senior IT Cloud Engineer will lead enterprise endpoint engineering, cloud administration, and security compliance initiatives across Windows and macOS environments.

Key responsibilities:

• Design, build, and maintain secure workstation images for Windows and macOS platforms
• Engineer and manage endpoint configurations, compliance policies, and device lifecycle operations using various tools
• Implement and oversee enterprise patch management initiatives, ensuring compliance and security readiness

Required qualifications:

• 8+ years of experience in Information Technology, Endpoint Engineering, Cybersecurity, or a related technical field
• 6+ years of experience in engineering-focused roles within large enterprise environments
• Hands-on experience with AWS and Azure cloud environments, Microsoft Intune, and related tools
• Experience with endpoint security, patch management, and compliance enforcement processes
• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Cybersecurity, Computer Science, or a related discipline preferred; equivalent professional experience may be considered
