Senior IT Compliance Analyst

Job Summary

Working remotely, the full-time Senior IT Compliance Analyst will assist in developing and maintaining an IT general controls (ITGC) compliance program, ensuring adherence to compliance obligations such as SOX, PCI, and GDPR while collaborating with various internal teams.

Key responsibilities

• Assist with the development and maintenance of a rigorous ITGC compliance program
• Execute, design, and improve ITGCs across products and infrastructure, including user access and change monitoring reviews
• Identify risks and gaps in the ITGC framework and facilitate remediation efforts

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Engineering, or a related field
• 4+ years of experience in audit, compliance, IT, or information security, focusing on IT controls
• Sound understanding of cloud IT control principles and compliance assessments (e.g., IT SOX, SOC 2)
• Experience with AI tools for compliance workflows and familiarity with scripting languages like Ruby or Python is a plus
• Exceptional organizational skills and ability to collaborate with technical and non-technical teams
