Senior IT Compliance Analyst

Job Summary

Leading IT General Controls (ITGC) implementation efforts for new enterprise systems, the full-time Senior IT Compliance Analyst will serve as a trusted advisor to project teams, ensuring compliance requirements are integrated into technology initiatives while working remotely from any U.S. location.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the implementation of ITGCs and operational controls for new systems and AI-enabled technologies
• Partner with project teams to integrate SOX and IT compliance requirements throughout the system development lifecycle
• Conduct assessments of IT general controls and communicate risks and remediation recommendations to stakeholders

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Information Systems, Accounting, or related field with 8+ years of relevant experience
• Experience leading IT SOX compliance programs with a focus on ITGCs
• Demonstrated ability to integrate IT controls into new system implementations
• Direct experience with IT risk management and compliance frameworks
• Ability to explain technical IT control concepts to non-technical audiences
