Senior IT Consultant
Job Summary
Working remotely on a full-time basis, the Senior IT Consultant will partner with clinical stakeholders to enhance workflows, evaluate new technologies, and lead application upgrades while also troubleshooting complex issues and mentoring team members.
Key responsibilities
- Translates customer needs and emerging technologies into actionable business plans and prioritizes enhancement requests
- Develops solutions and reviews digital project designs to ensure consistency and relevance to strategic objectives
- Mentors junior team members and supports end users by assembling high-level strategic documentation and ROI calculations
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Seven or more years of progressive experience in a healthcare environment
- Substantial knowledge of information technology and healthcare operations
- Proven leadership experience in large-scale project planning, reporting, and budgeting
- Exceptional communication and negotiation skills for engaging diverse audiences
